About Jeff Hval (Owner/Operator/Inventor)
Jeff Hval grew up a small town Saskatchewan farm boy helping his grandfather and father with projects around the farm. In the 1950s, Jeff’s grandfather, Maynard, was one of the first men in his small farming community to install a hydraulic lift system on his grain truck so he didn’t have to shovel grain by hand. Knowing a good thing when they saw it, the local farmers flocked to Maynard’s to have him install the same equipment on their grain trucks.
Jeff inherited the same passion for finding innovative solutions to practical challenges that his grandfather had. From small projects around the house to larger projects at the welding shop, his passion and drive as a problem solver combined with his reputation as a leader in the welding community was what brought him to the beginning of a career as an inventor and business owner.
